Then we have an exciting new opportunity for you! We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Manager for Uteguiden, where you will contribute to increasing Uteguiden’s visibility and engagement on social media.

Social Media Manager

You will work closely with the marketing and communications team at Uteguiden to create inspiring content that engages our followers and attracts new customers to our outdoor experiences. This position offers you the opportunity to showcase the stunning nature of our region, the amazing experiences our guides create with our guests, and, most importantly, join many different tours where you will create visually appealing content through photos and videos.

Your tasks

  • Manage Uteguiden’s presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (images, videos, text posts) that promotes Uteguiden’s products and services
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop campaigns and promote upcoming events
  • Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages
  • Analyze and report social media results to optimize content strategy

We are looking for the following qualifications

  • Experience working with social media, either professionally or personally
  • Strong skills using tools like Facebook, Instagram, and analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Creativity and the ability to create engaging content
  • Interest in outdoor activities and Uteguiden’s philosophy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English
  • Independent and proactive, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

What to expect

As the Social Media Manager, you can expect to work full-time from June to August. You will have a lot of freedom to create engaging content and manage your own workday. You will take part in various activities and experiences in the health region, with the opportunity to work with a dedicated and passionate team in an exciting, active, and international environment.
